In the winter of 2007, my registered heating broke down. I called a local heating and cooling firm to come and take a look at my furnace. They told me I needed to completely change my furnace which would have cost me thousands of dollars and being unemployed that was not an option at all. One of my neighbors told me of a very honest and trustworthy company by the name of Selection Heating and Cooling. I called them and they came out and told me that I did need a new furnace but since I was unemployed they would fix it as best they could to last me at least another winter, which was not even an option with the other company.  Selective Heating and Cooling had to put some extra parts on my furnace, which was unfortunately not in my budget due to me being unemployed and raising six children on my own, but the heating and cooling engineer from Selective insisted on putting these parts on my furnace whether I had money or not for the safety of my family.  They ordered the parts and the engineer came and fixed my furnace the next day.  They gave me an invoice, which still has a balance that Selective Heating and Cooling has never harassed or intimidated me about. I can’t thank them enough and speak highly of the wonderful job they have done and the concern for the safety and warmth of my family, which was their number one priority. I highly, highly recommend their skilled work and can personally vouch for their honesty and integrity.

Selective heating and cooling installed a new Bryant 926TA66120V24 on 12-6-16 and not only met, but surpassed our expectations in every manner. The owner of Selective Mark, was very helpful in our decision and was very knowledgeable about the product.
